Malibu ADU

Designed to complement a mid-century modern home situated on the ocean’s edge, the accessory dwelling unit extends the outdoor living space of the hillside home by providing a flat green roof, while adding additional living space with a view below.

Currently awaiting the construction of a neighboring home that affects the planning approval status of this project, the work is on hold.
